30-day return policy

We want you to love your SkyVault AirPack Pro. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for return

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• All original packaging must be included
• Proof of purchase required

How to start a return

1. Email us at Truehowled@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We’ll reply within 24 hours with return instructions
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos and we’ll send a replacement at no charge.

Refund method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
